Winter can be boring... unless you enjoy a winter sport! I've always loved winter, but living in Norway has made me appreciate it in a whole new level 🌟 Now ice skating on a frozen lake is our favorite thing to do in the winter.

Did you all have a great weekend and the Lunar New Year? ☺️🌟 My husband and I made this jeolpyeon, a type of rice cake in Korea. We made one that is plain (beige color) and a mugwort one in the green color. You can dip it in honey and it's a great festive dessert for Seollal!

Happy Lunar New Year 🥳🌟 It's called Seollal, one of the biggest holidays in Korea 🇰🇷 It is the New Year in a lunar calendar and traditionally the lunar calendar was followed in East Asia as it was more accurate way to measure the seasons which was very important in agricultural society like Korea.

Everything I ate as vegan in Turkey 🌟💚 Türkiye offers so many delicious vegan and vegetarian dishes! 🇹🇷 I stuffed myself with amazing Turkish food every single day. Did you know that there were so many vegan and vegetarian food like this? I certainly didn't, and I didn't know Turkish Delight was naturally vegan!
