How To Cook Taro
- Prepare some taro. One small taro should be sufficient for this recipe. Peel the taro skin with a knife.
- Bring a pot and fill it up with water. Heat the water and bring it to a boil. When it starts to boil, add the peeled taro.
- Cook the taro for 20 minutes. Take it out once it’s cooked and soft.
Hot Taro Latte Recipe
- Add 1/4 cup of each taro powder, cooked taro, water, and milk of your choice into a blender Blend until smooth.
- Pour it into a pot and heat it until simmer.
- Make a shot of espresso in the meantime.
- Pour the taro mixture into a cup. Add the shot of espresso on top.
- If you like, add some marshmallows on top. Serve hot. Enjoy!
Iced Taro Latte Recipe
- Add 1/4 cup of each taro powder, cooked taro, water, and milk of your choice into a blender Blend until smooth.
- Prepare a long glass and add some ice. Pour the taro mixture over the ice.
- Make a shot of espresso or 1/3 cup of cold brew. Pour it on top of the glass.
- Optionally, you can add some whipped cream on top.
- Mix well right before serving. Enjoy!
