Preparing Black Sesame Paste
- Take a frying pan and put it on medium heat. Once the pan is heated, add two tablespoons of black sesame seeds. Keep stirring the black sesame seeds so they are toasted evenly.
- Toast the seeds for about five minutes while stirring. You will be able to smell the toasted sesame seeds.

- Remove them immediately from the heat once you smell the toasted seeds. Once they are burned, they will be bitter and will smell.
- Pour the sesame seeds into a separate bowl and leave it until it has cooled down.
- Once cooled down, pour the sesame seed into a food processor or blender and blend until fine. It should be blended until fine, but not for too long. Otherwise, it will start to separate oil and become tahini!
- Pour the fine black sesame powder into a separate bowl and pour 1/4 cup of water over it. Mix well until it becomes a smooth paste. Set aside.

Making Black Sesame Latté
- Take a long glass. Fill up the glass with ice cubes.
- Into the glass, pour the unsweetened soymilk or any kind of milk of your choice. Then add a teaspoon of vanilla extract and fiber syrup. Mix everything well with a long spoon.
- Then pour the sesame paste on the top of the milk. Mix roughly for a nice visual presentation.
- Optionally, you can make foam from condensed milk with a milk foamer.
- Mix the sesame paste well before serving. Enjoy!
