Prepare 6 oz., or 150 grams, of blueberries. Wash them thoroughly.
Then, add the blueberries and a tablespoon of rolled oats to a blender. Blend until smooth. Prepare 1/2 cup of blueberry purée.
Into the CREAMi pint, add all the ingredients: blueberry purée, date syrup, milk, salt, rolled oats, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Place the storage lid on a pint and freeze for 24 hours.
Remove the pint from the freezer and remove the lid from the pint. Place the pint into the Ninja Creami Ice Cream Maker.
Select GELATO. Run the program.
When processing is complete, remove the gelato from the pint. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
