Making Blueberry Paste
- Take all the fresh blueberries and wash them.

- Dab water out of the washed blueberries with a towel.
- In a bowl, mash the blueberries with a masher.
- Add a teaspoon of lemon juice to the mashed blueberries for a fresh taste.
- Pour sugar and salt into the mashed blueberries. Mix it well. Let the sugar dissolve for at least 30 minutes. Your blueberry paste is ready!
Making Blueberry Latté
- Take a long glass. Fill up the glass with ice cubes.
- Into the glass, pour oat milk. Then add a teaspoon of vanilla extract and fiber syrup. Mix everything well with a long spoon.
- Then pour the blueberry paste on top of the milk. If you have blueberry cheong, pour 1/2 cup of blueberry cheong into the milk.

- Optionally, you can make foam from condensed milk with a milk foamer.
- Roughly mix it with a big straw right before serving. Enjoy!
