Blueberry Latté Recipe

Make this blueberry latté with Korean blueberry cheong and syrup!

Ingredients
  

Blueberry paste/cheong
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
Blueberry Latté
  • 1 cup Oat milk
  • 1/8 cup Fiber syrup
  • Ice Cubes
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp Condensed oat milk Optional for the cream on top

Method
 

Making Blueberry Paste
  1. Take all the fresh blueberries and wash them.

  2. Dab water out of the washed blueberries with a towel.
  3. In a bowl, mash the blueberries with a masher.
  4. Add a teaspoon of lemon juice to the mashed blueberries for a fresh taste.
  5. Pour sugar and salt into the mashed blueberries. Mix it well. Let the sugar dissolve for at least 30 minutes. Your blueberry paste is ready!
Making Blueberry Latté
  1. Take a long glass. Fill up the glass with ice cubes.
  2. Into the glass, pour oat milk. Then add a teaspoon of vanilla extract and fiber syrup. Mix everything well with a long spoon.
  3. Then pour the blueberry paste on top of the milk. If you have blueberry cheong, pour 1/2 cup of blueberry cheong into the milk.

  4. Optionally, you can make foam from condensed milk with a milk foamer.
  5. Roughly mix it with a big straw right before serving. Enjoy!
