Blueberry Lemon Ice Cream

Make this homemade blueberry lemon ice cream with real fruits!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Oat milk Can be substituted with dairy milk
  • 1/2 cup Date syrup
  • 1/2 cup Blueberry purée Prepare 6 oz., or 150 grams, of blueberries
  • 1/8 cup Lemon purée Prepare 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Equipment

  • 1 Ninja Creami Ice Cream Machine
  • 1 Blender

Method
 

  1. Prepare a lemon and about 6 oz., or 150 grams, of blueberries. Wash them thoroughly.
  2. Grate the lemon skin and make 1 teaspoon of lemon zest. Set aside.
  3. Peel the lemon and remove any seeds.
  4. Blend the peeled lemons in a blender and make 1/8 cup of lemon purée.
  5. Then, in a blender, add the blueberries and blend until smooth. Prepare 1/2 cup of blueberry purée.
  6. Into the CREAMi pint, add the prepared blueberry purée, lemon purée, and zest. Add the remaining ingredients, like date syrup, milk, and salt. Mix well.
  7. Place the storage lid on a pint and freeze for 24 hours.
  8. Remove the pint from the freezer and remove the lid from the pint. Place the pint into the Ninja Creami Ice Cream Maker.
  9. Select LIGHT ICE CREAM. Run the program.
  10. When processing is complete, remove the ice cream from the pint. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
