Blueberry Milkshake Recipe

A creamy, sweet, and fruity homemade, luxurious blueberry milkshake!

Ingredients
  

Vanilla Base
  • 1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1/2 cup Oat milk Can be replaced with any milk of your choice
Blueberry Cheong (Syrup)
  • 1/4 cup Blueberry purée Prepare 3 oz., or 785 grams, of blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

  • 1 Ninja Creami Ice Cream Maker

Method
 

Making Blueberry Cheong (Simple Version)
  1. Prepare blueberries. Wash them thoroughly.
  2. Blend the blueberries in a blender until smooth. Prepare 1/4 cup of blueberry purée.
  3. Into a bowl, pour the ready blueberry purée, sugar, salt, and lemon juice. Set aside.
Making Blueberry Milkshake
  1. Have 1 cup of vanilla ice cream, 1/2 cup of oat milk, and the blueberry cheong you made above.
  2. If you have the Ninja Creami Ice Cream Maker, put them in the CREAMI pint. Run the MILKSHAKE program. When processing is complete, remove the ice cream from the pint.
  3. If you don’t have the Ninja Creami Ice Cream Maker, put them in the blender. Blend to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into a milkshake cup. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
