How to Make Cherry Cheong (Quick Version)
  1. If you have fresh cherries, wash them thoroughly. Dab the water out of the cherries. Let them dry.
  2. Once the cherries are dry, take out the stems and cut them in half. Take out the stones.
  3. Take the cherries and roughly chop them. Mix the chopped cherries well with the sugar. Let the sugar dissolve for at least 30 minutes. Set it aside.
How to Make Cherry Latte
  1. Prepare a long glass. Fill up the glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour 1/4 cup of cherry cheong into the glass.
  3. Pour the milk of your choice into the glass. Add vanilla extract. Roughly mix the cup with a spoon or a straw.
  4. If you want a creamier and thicker cherry latte, you can take a tablespoon of condensed milk and make a foam with a milk foamer. Pour it on top of the cherry latte.
  5. You can garnish the cherry latte with a fresh cherry on top. Serve cold. Enjoy!
