In a bowl, pour all the ingredients. Mix the instant coffee, sugar, and salt well. Let it sit until all the ingredients dissolve into the water.
Once everything is well mixed, pour the coffee liquid into the CREAMi pint. Place the storage lid on a pint and freeze for 24 hours.
Remove the pint from the freezer and remove the lid from the pint. Place the pint into the Ninja Creami Ice Cream Maker.
Select LIGHT ICE CREAM. Run the program.
When processing is complete, remove the sorbet from the pint.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
