Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line the parchment paper in the ovenware.
In a big bowl, add all the dry ingredients. Whisk them altogether well until combined.
Pour in water and vegetable oil. Mix until well combined.
Pour the batter into the lined ovenware. Spread the batter evenly by lightly tapping the ovenware to the floor.
Place the batter into the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
If the top is well-cooked, pick a toothpick into the brownie. If it comes out with a gooey texture, take it out. If the toothpick comes out as if the batter is still very wet, leave it for another 10 minutes.
Take out the batter and cool it for at least 10 minutes. You can dust some powdered sugar on top to make it more appetizing.
I think this brownie shines better when it is still warm and gooey inside. Enjoy!
