Easy Taro Smoothie Recipe

Make this super delicious and easy taro smoothie recipe!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Soy milk Can be substituted with other milk
  • 1/3 cup Allulose syrup See my recommendation above
  • 1/2 cup Taro Or 1/4 cup of taro powder
  • 1/4 cup Almonds
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts
  • 1 tbsp Oats
  • 1 tbsp Protein powder Optional

  • 1 Blender

Method
 

How to Cook Taro
  1. Prepare some taro. One or two taro should be sufficient for this recipe. Peel the taro skin.
  2. Bring a pot and fill it up with water. Heat the water and bring it to a boil. When it starts to boil, add the peeled taro.
  3. Cook the taro for 20 minutes. Take it out once it's cooked and soft.
To Make Taro Smoothie
  1. In a blender, add all the ingredients. Blend until smooth.
  2. Remove the smoothie from the blender and store it in the fridge to keep it cold. Serve when the smoothie is cold. Enjoy!
