How to Cook Taro
- Prepare some taro. One or two taro should be sufficient for this recipe. Peel the taro skin.
- Bring a pot and fill it up with water. Heat the water and bring it to a boil. When it starts to boil, add the peeled taro.
- Cook the taro for 20 minutes. Take it out once it's cooked and soft.
To Make Taro Smoothie
- In a blender, add all the ingredients. Blend until smooth.
- Remove the smoothie from the blender and store it in the fridge to keep it cold. Serve when the smoothie is cold. Enjoy!
