How to Make Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream
- In a large bowl, add vegan cream, oat milk, salt, and vanilla extract.
- Add the date sugar bit by bit into the mixture. Mix until the mixture is well combined. Let it dissolve and fully combine for 5 minutes.
- Pour the base into an empty CREAMi pint. Place the lid on and freeze overnight.
- With the Ninja Creami Ice Cream Maker, select and run the ICE CREAM program.
How to Make Espresso Milkshake
- Have 1 1/2 cups of vanilla ice cream, whether homemade with the recipe above or store-bought, and 1/2 cup of almond milk.
- If you have the Ninja Creami Ice Cream Maker, put them in the CREAMI pint. Run the MILKSHAKE program.
- If you don't have the Ninja Creami Ice Cream Maker, put them in the blender. Blend roughly to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a milkshake cup.
- Make 2 shots of espresso. Pour it directly on top of the vanilla milkshake base. Your espresso milkshake is ready!
How to Garnish Espresso Milkshake
- Whip 1/3 cup of cream and put it on top of your milkshake.
- Shred some dark chocolate over the whipped cream.
- Optionally, you can drizzle some chocolate syrup or caramel syrup on top.
