Homemade Fresh Espresso Milkshake

Ingredients
  

Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 cup Vegan cream
  • 1 cup Oat milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup Date sugar
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
Milkshake
  • 1 1/2 cup Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe above, or store-bought
  • 1/2 cup Almond milk
  • 2 shots Espresso
Garnish
  • 1/3 cup Vegan cream whipped
  • 1 tbsp Dark chocolate shredded
  • 1 drizzle Chocolate syrup or caramel syrup optional

Method
 

How to Make Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream
  1. In a large bowl, add vegan cream, oat milk, salt, and vanilla extract.
  2. Add the date sugar bit by bit into the mixture. Mix until the mixture is well combined. Let it dissolve and fully combine for 5 minutes.
  3. Pour the base into an empty CREAMi pint. Place the lid on and freeze overnight.
  4. With the Ninja Creami Ice Cream Maker, select and run the ICE CREAM program.
How to Make Espresso Milkshake
  1. Have 1 1/2 cups of vanilla ice cream, whether homemade with the recipe above or store-bought, and 1/2 cup of almond milk.
  2. If you have the Ninja Creami Ice Cream Maker, put them in the CREAMI pint. Run the MILKSHAKE program.
  3. If you don't have the Ninja Creami Ice Cream Maker, put them in the blender. Blend roughly to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into a milkshake cup.
  5. Make 2 shots of espresso. Pour it directly on top of the vanilla milkshake base. Your espresso milkshake is ready!
How to Garnish Espresso Milkshake
  1. Whip 1/3 cup of cream and put it on top of your milkshake.
  2. Shred some dark chocolate over the whipped cream.
  3. Optionally, you can drizzle some chocolate syrup or caramel syrup on top.
