Prepare an apple mango. Wash and peel it.
Carve the apple mango flesh from the seed. Cube them.
Blend the apple mango flesh until smooth. Take 1 1/4 cups of mango puree. Pour it into the empty CREAMi pint.
Take one lime and wash. Peel.
Blend the lime flesh until smooth. Take 1 tablespoon of lime puree. Pour it into the CREAMi pint.
Take 1/3 cup of erythritol with monk fruit/stevia (or sugar) and pour it into the CREAMi pint.
Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt to taste.
Mix everything in the pint well. Place the storage lid on a pint and freeze for 24 hours.
Remove the pint from the freezer and remove the lid from the pint. Place the pint into the Ninja Creami Ice Cream Maker.
Select GELATO. Run the program.
When processing is complete, remove the gelato from the pint.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
