Method
If You Have Fresh Yuzu Fruits
- Prepare a bag of yuzu fruits. Wash them thoroughly.
- Cut them in half and take out the seeds. Peel the skin.
- Blend the flesh of yuzu fruits and make 1 and 2/3 cups of yuzu purée.
- Grate the yuzu peel. Prepare 1/2 tsp of yuzu zest and mix with yuzu purée.
If You Have Bought Yuzu Juice
- If you have a bottle of yuzu juice, prepare 1 and 2/3 cups.
Making Yuzu Sorbet
- Once you have 1 and 2/3 cups of yuzu base, pour it into the CREAMi pint.
- Pour 1/2 cup of allulose syrup and some salt into the pint and mix well.
- Place the storage lid on a pint and freeze for 24 hours.
- Remove the pint from the freezer and remove the lid from the pint. Place the pint into the Ninja Creami Ice Cream Maker.
- Select SORBET. Run the program.
- When processing is complete, remove the sorbet from the pint.
- Serve immediately. Enjoy!
