Prepare a medium-sized lemon and three limes. Wash them thoroughly.
Grate the lemon skin and make 1/2 teaspoon of lemon zest. Then grate the lime skin and make 1/2 teaspoon of lime zest too.
Cut all of them in half and take out the seeds. Peel the skin.
First, blend the peeled lemon in a blender and make 1/2 cup of lemon purée.
Then blend the peeled limes in a blender and make 1/2 cup of lime purée.
Into the CREAMi pint, add the prepared lemon and lime purée and zest. Add the remaining ingredients, like sugar, water, and salt. Mix well.
Place the storage lid on a pint and freeze for 24 hours.
Remove the pint from the freezer and remove the lid from the pint. Place the pint into the Ninja Creami Ice Cream Maker.
Select SORBET. Run the program.
When processing is complete, remove the sorbet from the pint.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
