Refreshing & Light Coconut Sorbet Recipe

This tropical coconut sorbet is so light and refreshing, perfect for the summer!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup Coconut water
  • 1/2 cup Full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Coconut extract

Equipment

  • 1 Ninja Creami Ice Cream Maker

Method
 

  1. Prepare all the ingredients and pour them into the empty CREAMi pint. Mix everything well.
  2. Place the storage lid on a pint and freeze for 24 hours.
  3. Remove the pint from the freezer and remove the lid from the pint. Place the pint into the Ninja Creami Ice Cream Maker.
  4. Select SORBET. Run the program.
  5. Take the coconut sorbet out of the pint and serve immediately.
