Method
- Wash the cucumbers and slice them. Typically, they are sliced into 0.5cm thick.
- Julienne onion and carrot. Then lightly cook the onion either by blenching quickly or microwaving them for 30 seconds.
- Sprinkle salt on cucumber, onion, and carrots. Mix and set it aside.
- Make the sauce by mixing all of the ingredients for the sauce.
- Pour the ready sauce into the vegetable mix and mix them well. Enjoy!
