Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare your ovenware and line with parchment paper.
Prepare all the dry ingredients.
Combine oat flour, protein powder, flaxseed powder, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
Prepare 2-3 ripe bananas. Process the banana and make 1 cup of banana purée.
Blend the following wet ingredients: banana purée, date syrup, and vanilla extract.
Boil 1/2 cup of water. Set aside.
Gradually mix the mixed dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Add hot water. Combine everything well until just combined.
Pour the batter into the pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
Once done, take it out and cool the brownies before slicing.
